Access to culture allows people not only social participation, but also the unique opportunity for self-realization. Every project of ensemble reflektor’s design is coupled with a day of „Musikvermittlung“ (Musik + Vermittlung = music education) .

The musicians of the ensemble are guided and supported by the young pedagogue Malin Kumkar. She prepares “Musikvermittlung” for every program and oversees the collective discovery and exploration of the music. The music education program of ensemble reflektor is aimed toward all age groups and ranges from moderated open rehearsals to projects spanning several days.
